Using pasty makers as my subject, I managed to shoot behind the scenes footage in Philps Bakery. I wanted this film to have the perspective of a fly on the wall, all clips were taken as people were working and nothing is staged. The end of the film features members of staff in the bakery to show an insight of all the hard working people behind the production of the humble pasty.
